ENFORCEMENT OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

BY ACCESSING AND USING THIS WEBSITE, YOU AGREE THAT YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THIS WEBSITE IS SUBJECT TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, AS WELL AS ALL APPLICABLE LAWS, AS GOVERNED AND INTERPRETED PURSUANT TO THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

TERMS:

A 2% discount will be allowed on invoices paid within 10 days, otherwise invoices are due net 30 days. (If paying statement balance, a 2% discount will be allowed if paid by the 10th of the month.) Cash discounts will not be allowed on dating invoices unless otherwise specified. Past due accounts are subject to a finance charge which is computed by a "periodic rate" of 1.5% per month (or a minimum charge of $1.00) which is an annual percentage rate of 18%. The buyer agrees that any finance charge computed will become part of his financial obligation to the seller. If any account is referred to an attorney for collection, said account will be subject to a reasonable collection fee or attorney’s fee, cost and finance charge as set forth above. Accounts with balances over 60 days may not receive promo pricing or extended terms and are subject to being placed on a credit hold.

Orders of $900.00 will be shipped prepaid. We do not prepay common carrier shipments within our truck delivery zones. Airless parts and accessories count toward prepaid minimum. Airless machines do not count toward prepaid minimum, but we may prepay one small machine on a prepaid common carrier order.

Customers will be responsible for freight charges on all UPS orders. Please note, Janco does not ship hazardous or oil based products via UPS.

We do not issue credit for merchandise not originally purchased from Janco. All returns must be authorized by a Janco representative. Merchandise returned without authorization will not receive credit. Returned goods must be in sellable condition, with no price tags or other markings. Sundry returns over 60 days old, and all airless returns require an RGA issued by the Janco office. Returns 61-120 days old will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. Returns 121 days to one year after invoice will incur a 25% or greater restocking fee. Returns one year or older will not be accepted. Non-stock, discontinued, drop shipped, and special ordered items are not returnable. Please check in all orders. Janco will rectify mis-shipments, but we will not be responsible once product is tinted, intermixed (boxed), used in any way, or shipped from your location.

All shortages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving shipment. Please use the form attached to your packing list to report all shortage errors. Backorders will be cancelled unless otherwise instructed. Other problems (overages, mis-shipments, damage) should be reported to your sales representative within five working days.
